School’s back!

I don’t know about you, but every September I get excited to come up with some new healthy week day recipes to help ease us into the new routine.

Does that make me sound weird?

Regardless, making sure we have a good repertoire of healthy recipes, creating a weekly meal plan, and meal prepping each Sunday helps to make our weeks a lot less stressful and so much easier to stay on track with homework, activities, and a healthy lifestyle.

Now, I know this might not be your thing, and that’s totally cool.
