The time is finally here – my book is launching!!

I’ve been hinting about it for awhile now, and I’m excited to finally be able to talk about it. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into this and I can’t wait to get it into your hands!

ABOUT THE BOOK

The book is based on the alkaline diet (learn more about that here) and is a great way for you to get a basic understanding of what the Alkaline diet is, while also being equipped with simple alkaline recipes to improve your health.

What’s even better is that it includes 100 recipes that are all made in only one-pot and take around 10 minutes to prep.

There’s no easier way to improve your health or learn more about eating a plant-based and alkaline diet!

WHY ALKALINE

While I’m not a big believer of diet “labels”, eating a more alkaline-friendly diet (plant-based) has definitely been shown to improve your health – which I go into in more depth in the book.

And you don’t need to eat 100 percent alkaline all the time to get the benefits, making this book a great staple in your kitchen for adding regular alkaline, plant-based meals into your routine.

There are many health benefits associated with the alkaline diet and I’ve been an advocate for several years now.
