Apple Cinnamon Oat Bars

Description

It’s as good as eating apple pie for breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups large flake, old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 granny smith apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9″ x 13″ glass dish with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into the glass dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

Make it Vegan

Replace the honey with pure maple syrup.
