Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 2 cups oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Spray an 8×8 glass dish with coconut oil. Add the bananas and mash well.
- Add the oatmeal, milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix well.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
