Ingredients

- 1lb organic, grass-fed beef or turkey
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 garlic bulb
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 egg
- Optional: 2 Tbsp BBQ Seasoning (coming in two weeks!)
Instructions
- Peel and dice your onion and garlic.
- Place meat, onion, garlic, oats, and eggs in a medium size bowl.
- Preheat your BBQ to 400F.
- Combine your ingredients and form into 8 patties.
- Place on BBQ and cook for 15 minutes (flipping every 5 minutes or so) until cooked through.
