I love this time of year when we sit right in between Christmas and New Years!

You know what I mean, right? You’re not yet back into the regular grind, but not dealing with the craziness of preparing for the holidays anymore either.

It’s pure bliss.

And I don’t know about you, but I’m always so busy moving forward, that this week always forces me to slow down and just take in the moment.

With one year ending and another one fast-approaching – I just want to say a big ol’ Canadian “thanks, eh!” for letting me walk with you through your health journey this past year.
