Orange + Fig Chia Pudding

Description

This quick and easy breakfast is a super nourishing start to your day. It’s loaded with healthy fats, protein, vitamin C, and probiotics to help improve gut health and your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup whole chia seeds
  • 1 cup organic, plain coconut yogurt
  • Juice from 2 oranges
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 4 figs, fresh or dried, chopped

Instructions

  1. Divide the chia seeds, yogurt, orange juice, and syrup between two small mason jars. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight.
  3. Top with the the chopped figs.

Notes

SERVING TIP

If you like it sweeter, drizzle with a little more maple syrup before serving. Add some orange zest for extra flavour.
