Ingredients

- 1/2 cup whole chia seeds
- 1 cup organic, plain coconut yogurt
- Juice from 2 oranges
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 4 figs, fresh or dried, chopped
Instructions
- Divide the chia seeds, yogurt, orange juice, and syrup between two small mason jars. Stir well to combine.
- Add a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight.
- Top with the the chopped figs.
Notes
SERVING TIP
If you like it sweeter, drizzle with a little more maple syrup before serving. Add some orange zest for extra flavour.
