Ingredients

- 2 sprouted-grain tortilla shells
- Extra-virgin olive oil spray
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 cup fresh salsa
Instructions
Tortilla Chips
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut tortilla shells into even slices (approximately 16). Lightly spray both sides of the tortilla shells with olive oil and place on the baking sheet, in a single layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until desired crispness.
Guacasalsa
- Meanwhile, combine mashed avocado with salsa.
- Once chips are cooled, dip into salsamole and enjoy!
