Ingredients

Brownie
- 1 cup whole-grain spelt flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocao powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp stevia (optional: for more sweetness)
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
Topping
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dark
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375F.
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Fold together until combined.
- Pour into a greased 8×8 dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate and honey in a double broiler.
- Once cake is cooled, spread the topping evenly on top, or drizzle if desired.
Notes
Make it Vegan
Swap the eggs for flax eggs, one for one. Use pure maple syrup in place of the honey.
