Description
A smooth, flavourful, and preservative free milk alternative – in less than 10 minutes!
Ingredients

- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 4 cups hot water
Instructions
- In a blender, add your coconut and water and blend for several minutes, until smooth.
- Hold a reusable nut bag (or cheesecloth) open over a large mason jar.
- Pour the coconut mixture into the nut bag and squeeze out any extra liquid.
- Seal with an airtight lid and keep on the counter.
- Will keep for 3-4 days.
