Description

A smooth, flavourful, and preservative free milk alternative – in less than 10 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add your coconut and water and blend for several minutes, until smooth.
  2. Hold a reusable nut bag (or cheesecloth) open over a large mason jar.
  3. Pour the coconut mixture into the nut bag and squeeze out any extra liquid.
  4. Seal with an airtight lid and keep on the counter.
  5. Will keep for 3-4 days.
