Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 red cabbage, spiralized or shredded
- 1/4 green cabbage, spiralized or shredded
- 1 carrot, spiralized or shredded
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve chilled.

Make it Vegan
Use pure maple syrup in place of honey.
