I’m sorry, is Summer break over already? Because I’m not quite ready for that just yet.

Like most of us, though, I am ready to get back into routine. Even though taking the Summer off was good for my health, I’ve missed my work and connecting with you here and through social media.

All-in-all, it’s hard to believe that Summer break has officially ended. But, with September comes a lot of new and exciting things in my world and I’m very excited to share them with you.

What’s Coming Up

September is here, which means my inbox is already flooded with emails asking how to improve immune health and prevent sickness.
