Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Description
The best cookies are ooey, gooey, and loaded with chocolate. But this one is better, because it doesn’t require an oven and is like eating warm, delicious cookie dough. Plus it’s gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 6 medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup oats (gluten-free, if needed)
- ½ cup apple sauce
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a food processor, mix the chickpeas, dates, oats, apple sauce, coconut oil, and vanilla on high until a smooth consistency has been formed. Like cookie dough.
- Add the chocolate and mix with a spatula.
- Spray a small 8-inch pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat.
- Add the cookie dough and spread evenly in the pan. Cover with a lid and let cook for 30 minutes (or up to an hour if you like the outside a little more cooked).
- Grab a spoon and eat warm!
