Cranberry Brie Bites

Description

A quick and easy appetizer that’s filling and festive.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brown rice crackers, unsalted (or other gluten-free cracker)
  • 1 small organic goat brie
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (see notes)

Instructions

  1. Place crackers on a serving plate.
  2. Cut brie into small pieces and place one on top of each cracker.
  3. Top with a tsp of cranberry sauce (heated or cold).
