Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of cloves
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup frozen cranberries
- ½ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and grease an 8×8 glass dish with extra-virgin coconut oil.
- In your dish, whisk together the oat milk, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Add in the oats, cranberries, and walnuts. Stir to combine.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
