Dark Chocolate Bark

Description
Dark chocolate mixed with the sweetness of dried fruit and the saltiness of peanuts – it’s the perfect combination.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz of unsweetened dark chocolate (at least 70% cocao)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened organic raisins
- 1/4 cup unsweetened organic medjool dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened organic dried mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup raw and unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Place chocolate in a double broiler and heat on low until melted, about 10 minutes.
- Line an 8×8 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Once chocolate is melted, add cinnamon, ginger, sea salt and half of the dried fruit and peanuts. Pour onto parchment and spread evenly (not too thin).
- Sprinkle remaining dried fruit and peanuts on top.
- Place in the freezer for 1-2 hour, or until solid.
