Poor digestion is the number one reason why people come to see me.

Their symptoms can range from bloating and gas, to moodiness, to food sensitivities or allergies, acne, and more.

If you’ve ever experienced these symptoms you know how frustrating and embarrassing they can be.

And the more often you get symptoms, the more cause for concern there is because it’s often a sign of a bigger gut issue that needs to be addressed.

When it comes to poor digestion, one of the toughest areas to navigate is how to eat out without causing a reaction – whether it be at a friends house, party, or a restaurant.

Now I could talk about this topic ALLLLL day, but instead I’m going to wet your appetite with three simple tips to help you next time you eat out.

Want more than just three helpful tips? Download my FREE guide to Easing Digestion when Eating Out and you’ll rock your next night out.

Until then, here’s a few to get you started:

CHEW YOUR FOOD
Chewing your food properly is the simplest way to ease your digestion, and most people don’t chew their food enough. Chewing helps to break down your food and releases enzymes that begin digestion, easing the load on your digestive tract.

Aim to chew your food 10-20 times before swallowing.

BOOST STOMACH ACID
Bitters are specific herbs that aid digestion by stimulating your stomach to produce hydrochloric acid, which is critical for digestion. Most people have low stomach acid due to stress, lifestyle, or nutritional imbalances.

Take 1 droppersful 10 minutes before your meal to ease digestion.

RELAX A LITTLE
Stress can affect every part of the digestive system, making eating in a relaxed state really important for easing digestion.

To reduce meal time stress – don’t panic if you’re running a little late, don’t eat in a rush, and take some deep breaths before you begin eating.

You shouldn’t suffer from any symptoms of indigestion when eating out.

If you do, start using the tips above or download my FREE guide to Easing Digestion when Eating Out so you can start feeling relief today and have get access to join my upcoming FREE 5 Days to Better Digestion challenge!
