Description
A festive holiday breakfast that tastes just like gingerbread – yum!
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1–2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in your slow-cooker and mix well.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir before serving, and top with unsweetened almond milk (if it’s too thick) and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
