Description
Earthy, deep, and bold in flavour this Herbed Wild Salmon will knock your socks off. It’s rich in omega 3’s and the healing power of herbs to reduce inflammation and improve brain function. Bon appétit!
Ingredients

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh fennel fronds
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- Pinch of sea salt
- 4 3oz wild salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat the BBQ to 350F.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the lemon juice, oil, dill, parsley, fennel, garlic, and salt. Blend on high for 60 seconds, or until smooth.
- Place the salmon on a reausable BBQ mat (or tinfoil if you don’t have that) on the BBQ.
- Spread the herb sauce over the fillets.
- Close the lid and let cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
Flavour Tip
If it tastes a little too lemony for you, add a pinch of baking soda to cut the flavour (trust me on this!).
Serving Tip
Serve with a side of quinoa or brown rice and BBQ vegetable kabobs for a delicious and nutritious meal.
