Maple Apple Pear Crumble

Description

The warmth of a crumble paired perfectly with your favourite fall flavours.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pears, diced
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4–1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsalted, raw walnut pieces
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9″ x 13″ glass dish with cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil.
  2. Place pears and apples in the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a medium bowl mix oats, almond meal, almond milk, syrup, walnuts, cinnamon and baking powder.
  4. Spread mixture over top of pears and apples.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until fruit is softened.
