Ingredients

- 3 bunches of organic carrots (approximately 16-20)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Wash and scrub or peel your carrots and place in an oven safe dish.
- Combine syrup, wine, and ginger in a small bowl. Drizzle over carrots.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until carrots turn bright in colour and soften slightly.
