A healthy twist on a traditional winter comfort.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or chocolate almond milk)
- 1 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp pure cocao powder (not cocoa powder, but the real COCAO powder – pure, unsweetened and organic is best)
- 1 droppers worth of liquid stevia
- a small splash of pure peppermint extract
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Pour into a cup and serve.
Notes
- You can swap unsweetened almond milk for unsweetened chocolate almond milk.
- Use pure, organic, unsweetened cocao powder, not cocoa powder.
