A quick and nutritious breakfast that’s quick to make and ideal for a busy morning.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup large flake old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (skim or 1% milk)
- 1–2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 5–10 drops of liquid stevia

Mango Madness Topping
- 1/4 cup mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Nectarine Pear Topping
- 1/4 cup nectarine, chopped
- 1/4 cup pear, chopped
- 1 tsp raw honey
Pineapple Coconut Topping
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut
- swap: vanilla extract for cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil
Cherry Chocolate Topping
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dried cherries
- 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
Almond Apricot Topping
- 1/2 cup apricots, pitted and chopped
- 1 Tbsp slivered, raw almonds
- swap: vanilla extract for pure almond extract
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients together, with toppings of choice, and place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Notes
Make it Vegan
Swap the honey for pure maple syrup in any topping.
