Pistachio Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

- 12 oz organic dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
- 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a double broiler, on low, melt chocolate, stirring continuously.
- Meanwhile, seed your pomegranate. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Once chocolate is melted, spread a thin layer on the wax paper and sprinkle with pistachios and pomegranate seeds (can also be mixed in with chocolate before spreading on cookie sheet).
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
