Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Bites

Description

A simple way to improve your heart health while spoiling your Valentine!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cup dark chocolate (70% cocao or more)
  • 1/2–1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a double broiler, melt your chocolate on low heat.
  2. Mix in the pomegranate seeds and maple syrup.
  3. Line a small container with a silicone mat (or wax paper) and spoon bite sizes of the mixture on to the mat.
  4. Place in the freezer for a minimum 30-45 minutes.
