It’s time to take fig newton’s to the next healthier level! This is a dairy-free, wheat-free, no-bake version that you’ll fall in love with.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried figs (approximately 12)
- 1 cup raw, unsalted pecans
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cardmom
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In your food processor, pulse together the figs, pecans, oats, syrup, and cardamom until it begins to stick together.
- Add in the raspberries and pulse until combined.
- Roll into 18 balls and refrigerate in an airtight container.
