- 2 cups unsalted walnuts
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Melt coconut oil.
- Add oil, spices, and nuts to a small bowl and mix until coated.
- Spread evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool before serving.
