Description

Sweet and salty makes the perfect snack to satisfy any craving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/2 Tbsp dark chocolate, melted
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Place oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add 3 popcorn kernels and place lid on top.
  2. When the kernels pop, add the rest of the kernels and place the lid back on top.
  3. Shake the pot until the kernels are coated in oil and in a single layer.
  4. Return to heat.
  5. Once kernels start popping, place lid on a slight angle to allow some steam to escape to help the kernels get crispy.
  6. When corn begins to pop at a slower rate, remove from heat and set to aside until it is finished popping.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with salt.
