A simple and sweet recipe that’s perfect for a casual family dinner or backyard BBQ.

Kabobs
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 apricots, halved and pit removed
- 1 slice of pineapple, cut into large pieces
- 4 skewers
Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a small pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, cut chicken into large pieces.
- Place chicken in a ziplock bag and pour sauce over top. Let marinade a minimum of 15 min, or overnight.
- On the skewers, alternate chicken and pineapple or chicken and
- apricots.
- Heat BBQ to 450F and place skewers on BBQ. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
