Ingredients

Salad
- 1lb extra lean ground turkey
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1–2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado
- 1/2–1 cucumber
Taco Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add ground turkey to your frying pan and cook on medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, place your corn in a small pot, stovetop, with 1/4 cup of water. Cook on medium heat until warm.
- Mix your taco seasoning. Set aside.
- Chop your tomatoes, cucumber, and thinly slice your avocado. Divide spinach and veggies among four plates.
- Toss the taco seasoning in with your meat and stir.
- Once the meat is fully cooked divide among four plates. Top with salsa and serve.
Notes
- Optional: Serve with some organic, unsalted tortilla chips.
