Ingredients

- 2lbs extra lean ground turkey, organic and grassfed
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups fresh salsa
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- In a medium bowl mix turkey, egg whites, 1 cup of salsa, and seasonings together.
- Divide among 12 muffin tins, and using the remaining 1/2 cup of salsa, place a dollop of salsa on top of each turkey cup and bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with a thin slice of avocado or extra salsa.
