Description
Apple sauce is one of the easiest things to make. It’s quick and super nutritious if you don’t peel the apples. Plus it’s versatile and can be used as a snack, in baking, or medicinally to heal digestion or strengthen the immune system.
Ingredients

- 10 cups apples (5–10 apples, depending on the size)
- 2 cups water
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash, core and quarter the apples.
- In your instant pot add the apples, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir.
- Secure the lid and close the vent. Turn to manual high and cook for 10 minutes.
- When done, use the quick release.
- Use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
