Description

Your classic burger just got an upgrade with this homemade version!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1lb organic, grass-fed beef or turkey
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 garlic bulb
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp BBQ Seasoning (coming in two weeks!)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice your onion and garlic.
  2. Place meat, onion, garlic, oats, and eggs in a medium size bowl.
  3. Preheat your BBQ to 400F.
  4. Combine your ingredients and form into 8 patties.
  5. Place on BBQ and cook for 15 minutes (flipping every 5 minutes or so) until cooked through.
